Stick Weaving

October 4th-3 hours(1:00-4:00)

Classroom Location: SOMOS Rm. A, 108 Civic Plaza Drive, Taos, NM 87571

Stick Weaving is easy, fun, and possibly ancient. It’s a great way to use leftover yarn. In this workshop, participants may choose to make a rug, seat cushion, dog bed, spiral wall hanging, or trivet. Please bring your left over or chosen yarns. Tangles are acceptable. Donations for the stash table are appreciated. We’ll design, weave and make merry. Participants will leave with a started or completed weaving, a pair of weaving sticks, and a tapestry needle.
